At The Arabian Man, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Condition: The product must be returned in its original, sealed, and unopened condition.

Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, and labels must be intact.

Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Opened or Used Products: Only sealed, unused perfumes are eligible for return. Returns for used products are only permitted if a confirmed manufacturing defect is identified.

Defective Items: Products with a verified manufacturing defect can only be exchanged for the same item.

General Exchanges: Exchanges for different products are not permitted. You may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for a different scent.

Gift Sets: Any complimentary items received with your purchase are considered part of the order and must be returned unopened.
